The workplace is generating a lot of stress and other unhealthy behaviour that seems to get worse and may have serious and far reaching consequences to the individual and the organization alike. Our historic coping mechanisms seem to be ineffective for this changing environment. This Road to Wellness workshop empowers people in successfully adopting a healthy & purposeful culture within the workplace. This workshop will empower the participant to understand the value of a wellness work and lifestyle; identify personal wellness goals and design a plan for sustained behaviour change.

- Identify the causes of unhealthy work & lifestyles
- Reflect on their workstyle & lifestyle balance
- Have a better understanding of their meaning and purpose in life
- Analyse participant personal state of wellness
- Identify their wellness strength and weaknesses
- Determine their readiness to change and hot spots for change
- Complete a 7 step change plan
